Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations

As we do not accept cancellation requests be sure that only the items you wish to purchase are in your cart before proceeding to and completing the checkout procedure.
We do not accept requests to remove individual items from purchases.

If you do accidentally order the same item twice, it will be possible for you to cancel the order if you contact the store within 10 minutes of the order taking place. Please be sure to include your name, order number and items when contacting the store.

Please note that orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled in any case.

Be aware that failure to pay for orders may result in the permanent suspension of your account.
* This also includes related accounts such as those of the same address etc.

Returns and Exchanges

When opening your orders, please take a continuous video opening the shipping box and unboxing the contents the first time.

  • Everything is checked, but if you find any problem, please let us know and include the video.
  • The subject must stay on the screen at all time until the problem is shown.
  • Any complaint about damaged/missing contents will not be accepted without the video.
  • Edited video or video taken later after you have opened the box will be considered invalid.
  • *If the video is too large, please share it via any online storage/streaming service.

If an unopened item arrives broken, the damage is likely a factory defect and may not be eligible for any compensation. However, if the shipping box is damaged as well, you may be able to get insurance from the shipping company. In such case, please send us some pictures of the damaged box, and keep the shipping box until the problem resolves.

Please notify us within 7 days upon delivery if you have any questions about your order.

Returns and exchanges will only be dealt with where an item is incorrectly described, or there is a problem for which we are at fault. You must notify us within three days of delivery if you need such a return or exchange.

If items are return due to refusal of acceptance, incomplete address, or any other reason preventing delivery to the customer, we will hold them for a maximum of 10 days. They will be disposed of if you do not contact us within that time.

Items Lost or Damaged in the Mail

Items that have been lost or damaged in transit are dealt with by the store on a case by case basis. You may be required to submit a missing item and/or damage report form with your local delivery company, so be sure to keep all parts and paperwork that come with it. Please contact the store directly with photographs if this situation occurs.
