Account Suspension

Mandarake enforces strict policies to ensure customers follow through with their orders.
An account suspension means you will no longer be able to use Mandarake’s online store or auctions.

Reasons for Suspension

  • Unpaid Orders: Multiple unpaid orders or overdue payments will result in account suspension.
  • Excessive Cancellations: Frequent order cancellations can lead to a block.
  • Policy Violations: Failing to follow Mandarake’s store policies, such as missing payment deadlines, may result in suspension.
  • Related Accounts: Any account linked to a suspended user (same address, email, name, etc.) will also be blocked.
  • Other Violations: Fraudulent activity or serious misuse may also result in a ban.

Avoiding Suspension

All invoices must be paid within the required 5-day deadline, orders should not be canceled, and if any issues arise, Mandarake support should be contacted before the payment deadline.

If an account is suspended, you may inquire with Mandarake support; however, account blocks are usually permanent.

Consequences of Suspension

  • Permanently losing access to your Mandarake account.
  • All linked accounts will also be blocked.
  • Inability to place orders or participate in auctions.
  • Attempts to create new accounts may result in automatic blocking.
