About Order Combine

Users were always able to combine orders when the order was from the same store. Now users can combine orders made within 24 hours if the item status is in "Checking Item Availability" or "Awaiting Payment" by themselves.

How to Combine Orders

Users now has the option to combine orders when placing additional orders.

1. Proceed to place the new order to be combined.

If the user has orders that are eligible for a combine, an option to select the order number will appear on the checkout page.

2. Confirm the content of the orders.

3. Select the desired payment and shipping method.

4. Confirm the order details and proceed to combine the order.

Points to note when combining orders

It is not possible to include products from other shops in your order.
Orders placed after 24 hours from the date and time of the order cannot be combined.
It is not possible to change the delivery address when bundling products.
Depending on the nature of the products to be included in the package, the payment method and shipping method you have chosen may not be available.
The shipping costs may vary depending on the contents of the package.
It is not possible to revert to the original order once the products have been included in the package.
The status of your order may change as a result of combining.
If the order contains pre-ordered products, the products will not be shipped until after the pre-ordered products have been released.
Once an order has been prepared for shipping, it will not be possible to combine the orders.
Combining orders does not change the payment deadline of the order. The payment deadline is 4 days (5 days including the day of the order) from the time we send you the payment for your first order. If payment is not made within the time limit, the order will be canceled without notice.
