For some of our items (particularly Mandarake exclusive items and consignment doujinshi), you can place an order before they become available.
This is called 'pre-ordering'.
You can tell if an item is available for pre-order as it will indicate this on the item page, along with the item's release date.
Orders containing pre-order items will not be shipped before the release date.
This means that if you order regular items in the same order, they will not be sent before the pre-order items become available.
If you would like your regular items shipped before the pre-order items, please be sure to place two separate orders.
