Due to changes in Japan Post's services, the registered and tracking options for international "Small Packet" mail will be discontinued as of December 31, 2025.
As a result, the Small Packet service will no longer include tracking, delivery records, or insurance.
In response to this change, Mandarake will discontinue handling international Small Packet shipments for orders placed on or after December 26, 2025.
Orders placed by December 25, 2025 will be the last eligible for shipment via this method.
From December 26, 2025 onward, the following shipping methods will remain available:
EMS (Japan Post)
International Parcel (Japan Post)
DHL
Additionally, under PayPal's policies, a trackable shipping method is required.
Therefore, for orders placed on or after December 18, 2025 where PayPal is selected as the payment method, international Small Packet shipping will not be available.

Mandarake Online Store will begin offering UPS shipping exclusively for orders from the Nakano store and addressed to the United States.
UPS is a global courier company that provides delivery services from customs clearance to the customer's doorstep under U.S. management.
Although this introduction is limited to Nakano store orders bound for the U.S., we aim to expand the service further in the future.

As of September 25th, 2025, the labor union of Canada Post has expanded its ongoing partial strike into a full-scale strike in protest of a government postal reform plan.
Due to this development, Japan Post has suspended acceptance of international mail destined for Canada until further notice.
Please be aware that already dispatched items may face significant delivery delays or may be returned to Mandarake.

Mandarake has resumed DHL shipping to Canada as of June 30th.

While DHL Global Forwarding is working with limited flight availability and some ocean freight options, DHL Express services remain paused for safety and logistical reasons.

Starting October 28th (12:00PM JST), we're making a change to how orders are managed
[Update in Order Process]
To make your shopping experience smoother, shipping costs will now be displayed upfront during checkout (except for unusually shaped or oversized items). Customers no longer need to wait for an Order Notification with an invoice to make a payment. The shipping process will begin as soon as payment is received.
For orders placed from our online store, items available may also be available in our physical stores. Store staff need to manually verify the actual stock levels, so there is a chance that some items may be sold out by the time your order is processed.
[In Case of Sold-Out Items]
If any item in your paid order is sold out, we will ship the rest of your order. If you'd prefer to cancel the order if specific key items are out of stock, simply check the appropriate box during checkout.

Japan Post and DHL announced there are increased numbers of flight cancelled to Israel due to the recent global situation.
In response, packages sent to Israel may not reach the destination and may be return to Mandarke.
We would ask all our customers to aware of the risk mentioned above before placing orders bound to Israel.

Due to a partial revision from Japan Post, shipping charges for Airmail (small packages) are scheduled to change on September 27, 2023.

All shipping to Brazil has temporarily been halted. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Since from Febrary 2023, many of packages shipped to Brazil have returned or being on the way back to us due to the customs issue.
When the tracking information shows the status "Import stopped" or "return to sender", it means that the process of return has begun and they are now on their way to the store. There are currently lots of items coming back so when an item returns to the store the staff will contact you about it.
Since there is neither clear announcement nor offical notice from Japan Post regarding returning shipments and no instruction of further customs clearance, we regret inform that we have to suspend entire orders from / bounds to Brazil.
For returned orders, we will proceed with refund when we have them back. Please note that initial shipping fee has been already charged, and we will not be able to cover this fee due to the customs reason.
