Update regarding Mandarke's Ordering System

The user combine system is currently undergoing maintenance.

You can still add items to your order independently within 24 hours.
However, If you wish to add items to an existing order after this 24-hour period,
please contact the store directly.
Keep in mind that the order combination rules will still apply.

Update regarding Mandarke's Ordering System

Starting October 28th (12:00PM JST), we're making a change to how orders are managed

[Update in Order Process]
To make your shopping experience smoother, shipping costs will now be displayed upfront during checkout (except for unusually shaped or oversized items). Customers no longer need to wait for an Order Notification with an invoice to make a payment. The shipping process will begin as soon as payment is received.

For orders placed from our online store, items available may also be available in our physical stores. Store staff need to manually verify the actual stock levels, so there is a chance that some items may be sold out by the time your order is processed.

[In Case of Sold-Out Items]
If any item in your paid order is sold out, we will ship the rest of your order. If you'd prefer to cancel the order if specific key items are out of stock, simply check the appropriate box during checkout.

[Order Combining]
We can no longer combine separate orders on your behalf, but you now have the flexibility to add items to an existing order for up to 96 hours after placing it. This option is available if:

  • The additional items are from the same store.
  • The order status is "Checking Item Availability" or "Awaiting Payment."
  • To add items, use the "Add Item" feature and enjoy a more flexible shopping experience!

Shipping update - Orders bound to Israel

Japan Post and DHL announced there are increased numbers of flight cancelled to Israel due to the recent global situation.

In response, packages sent to Israel may not reach the destination and may be return to Mandarke.
We would ask all our customers to aware of the risk mentioned above before placing orders bound to Israel.

We will inform you in case your package returns, and will re-arrange the alternative shipping option.
Please be informed that we will ask you for the balance shipping cost if occured.

Shipping Fee increase starting September 27, 2023

Due to a partial revision from Japan Post, shipping charges for Airmail (small packages) are scheduled to change on September 27, 2023.

Shipping Update regarding Brazil

All shipping to Brazil has temporarily been halted. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Since from Febrary 2023, many of packages shipped to Brazil have returned or being on the way back to us due to the customs issue.

When the tracking information shows the status "Import stopped" or "return to sender", it means that the process of return has begun and they are now on their way to the store. There are currently lots of items coming back so when an item returns to the store the staff will contact you about it.

Since there is neither clear announcement nor offical notice from Japan Post regarding returning shipments and no instruction of further customs clearance, we regret inform that we have to suspend entire orders from / bounds to Brazil.

For returned orders, we will proceed with refund when we have them back. Please note that initial shipping fee has been already charged, and we will not be able to cover this fee due to the customs reason.

We apologize the inconvenience this caused.
