Mandarake issues Warranty Certificates for products like cards, books, toys, original artwork, and anime celuloid.

Our unique assessment system relies on data accumulated over the years. The Mandarake certificate of guarantee represents the technology and trust we've cultivated in our appraisal system. We issue it to ensure you can purchase with peace of mind.

Warranty Certificates are issued for all original art and celuloid pictures with a starting price of ¥10,000 or more. For all other items like cards and toys, the certificate is issued for items with a starting price of ¥100,000 or more.

The Warranty Certificate provides a full refund and indefinite authenticity coverage.

If an item turns out to be counterfeit, we will guarantee a full refund, including handling fees. Under the Authenticity policy, Mandarake will insure the guarantee indefinitely.

Mandarake will not provide an Warranty Certificate for original and celuloid works exhibited by customers unless the exhibitor requests one. We are not responsible for any items without a certificate of guarantee, so please bid at your own risk.

As always, items with a "Mandarake Certificate of Authenticity" are guaranteed for the full amount without limitation by Mandarake. If you wish to purchase an item with an Warranty Certificate, we will issue you a bid confirmation. Please note that this confirms your successful bid but doesn't guarantee the value of your bid.

We only issue an Warranty Certificate if the exhibitor requests it or for any original artwork or celuloid artwork items with a starting price of ¥10,000 or more. Warranty Certificates are also issued for all items with a starting price of ¥100,000 or more that are sold at large auctions. Please note that we do not issue Warranty Certificates for other items.

Since October 2009, the winning bid certificate has been replaced with a winning bid confirmation. Only items with an issued Warranty Certificate will receive a successful bid confirmation upon request (excluding items where the winning bid matches the starting price). For items without an Warranty Certificate, an additional fee applies. Please remember that this confirms your successful bid but doesn't guarantee the amount of the winning bid. Please request a confirmation of successful bid within 30 days of winning an item.
