Order Combine

1. Proceed to place the additional item(s) to be combined.

If the user has orders that are eligible for a combine, an option to select the order number will appear on the checkout page.

If the new order has an item with "Cancel the order if item is out of stock" checked, it is not eligible for order to combine.

2. Confirm the content of the orders.

3. Select the desired payment and shipping method.

4. Confirm the new order details and "Complete Order" for the items to be combined with the previous order.

Users should note:

• Items from different stores cannot be added to an existing order.
• Additional items cannot be added more than 96 hours after the initial order.
• The shipping address cannot be changed once an order is placed.

Depending on the size, weight, and shape of added items, the selected shipping option may become unavailable.

If additional items are age-restricted (+18), the chosen payment method may no longer be available.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the added items.

Once items have been added, reverting back to the original order is not possible.

Adding items may affect the status of your order.

If your order contains pre-ordered products, it will not ship until those products are released.

No changes can be made to your order after payment.

Orders must be paid within 5 days of placing the initial order. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be canceled without notice.
