Payment Options

By placing an order, you are adhering to our store policy.

Please be aware that a permanent suspension of your account may be enforced in cases of numerous unpaid or canceled orders. This suspension includes the user account and any associated accounts.

It is important to note that once the payment is confirmed, the shipping process starts, and changes to your order cannot be made.

For any necessary changes to your order information, please reach out to us and await a response before proceeding with your payment.

Payment Options


  • We can accept PayPal for non-adult items only. If an item is of an adult nature, we cannot accept payment by PayPal.
  • Be aware that we do not accept PayPal eChecks.
  • If the shipping address on the order screen does not match the shipping address registered to your PayPal account, you may experience errors when trying to process your payment.
  • If you experience any problems with processing your payment by PayPal, you may need to contact PayPal directly.

Credit Card
  • We can accept credit card payments for all items, including adult items.
  • We only accept Visa, MasterCard or JCB credit cards. We do not accept debit cards, pre-paid charge cards and so on.
  • We can only accept credit cards that have 3D Secure authentication. This is known as 'Verified by Visa' (Visa), 'MasterCard SecureCode' (MasterCard) and 'J/Secure' (JCB). If you do not know if your card has this security feature, please contact your card provider before ordering.
  • If the shipping address on the order screen does not match the shipping address registered with your card provider, you may experience errors when trying to process your payment.
  • If you are returned to the payment screen after entering your card details, your payment may have failed or been declined by your card provider. This can happen even if you have used this card with us before. Please contact your card provider for details, and also inform the store that you are having problems.

Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay is an easy and convenient payment service using your Amazon account.

  • You can pay using the payment method you have set up in your Amazon account.
  • To purchase using Amazon Pay, proceed with your order by clicking the Amazon Pay button on the cart contents confirmation page.
  • Mandarake membership registration is required even when using Amazon Pay.
  • Amazon Pay is not available for some products.

Payment Deadlines

Please ensure that you complete your payment before the deadline.
If you have any problems making your deadline, please contact the store as soon as possible.
Failure to pay for orders may lead to permanent account suspensions.

The payment deadline for:

  • Mail-Orders is five days including the day we send you the invoice mail.
  • Everyday Auction is ten days from the end of the auction.
  • Big Web Auction is by the end of the month.
