Resetting Your Password

If you do not remember your password and need to reset it, click here to launch the password reset process.

Fill in your email address, or user ID if you have one.
Remember that your ID is case-sensitive so if you used UPPERCASE letters when you registered, be sure to use them again here.
*If you have more than one account registered to the same email address, you will need to enter your user ID

The password must meet the following requirements:

  • Be over 8 characters longer
  • Contain only alphanumeric characters.

When you click on the box to confirm that you are a real person and not a robot, you may have to complete an image recognition verification.
To clear the verification simply follow the prompts. In the example below we had to click all of the images that contain cars.

Once the verification is clear, you'll see a green tick. Click 'Submit' to continue.

You will be sent an email with a unique link to reset your password. Click this link to continue.

If you did not receive an email, be sure to check your spam folder and ensure that your mailbox can receive emails from the domain.

Enter your new password twice.

That's it, your password has been reset!

You should be able to use your new password to log into your Mandarake account.
