Ordering Policy

By placing an order, you are adhering to our store policy.

Please be aware that a permanent suspension of your account may be enforced in cases of numerous unpaid or canceled orders. This suspension includes the user account and any associated accounts.

It is important to note that once the payment is confirmed, the shipping process starts, and changes to your order cannot be made.

For any necessary changes to your order information, please reach out to us and await a response before proceeding with your payment.

Before placing an order please ensure that you familiarise yourself with
our policies and the flow of our orders.

Prices and Fees

  • We only accept payment in Japanese yen
  • PayPal or your Credit Card provider will be handling the conversion of currencies
  • All prices are subject to change without notice

Import Fees

Tax offices in different countries may charge import costs, customs taxes, or duty fees.

The shipping cost does not include any potential import fees. The customers are responsible for paying said fees.

If there is anything unclear about the fee, contact your local tax office or post office for further details.

Other Fees

All orders over the value of 200,000 yen will be subject to a customs export declaration. Permission must be obtained from customs to send mail with a combined value of over 200,000 yen overseas. This export declaration costs 2,800 yen and will likely increase the shipping time.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
  • PayPal
  • Amazon Pay

PayPal and Amazon Pay cannot be used for adult-rated items, and credit cards must have 3D Secure authorization.

The payment deadline for:

  • Mail-Orders is five days after we send you the invoice mail.
  • Everyday Auction is ten days from the end of the auction.
  • Big Web Auction is by the end of the month.

If we do not receive payment before the provided deadline, we may cancel the order without notice.

If you are having any issues making your payment, contact the store directly as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept requests for order cancellations or requests for items to be removed from orders.

  • A permanent suspension of your account may occur when you have many unpaid or canceled orders.
  • Customers with unpaid Auction orders will no longer be able to attend auctions.

If there are key items in your cart and would like the order to be cancelled if they are out of stock, you can check the appropriate box at the check out. Orders cancelled this way will not count toward account suspensions.

Account Suspension

Please be aware that all account blocks are permanent.

After the initial block, any subsequent accounts created and related accounts, such as those with the same home address, will also be blocked.

  • Placing an order commits you to our store policy.
  • Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in order cancellation
  • Persistent cancellations can lead to a permanent account suspension, affecting all associated accounts.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse service to anyone.
