If your Amazon Pay payment fails, you may be able to resolve the payment issue by changing your payment method from the Amazon Pay My Account page.

If you do not see any transactions with an "Update payment method" status, it is possible that the transaction has not been successfully completed or the payment has not been executed. In this case, please access the transaction details by clicking on the "Details" button and check the "Status" in the transaction details. If the status is "Pending", the payment has not yet been completed, and if the status is "Completed", the payment has been completed.
Click on "Update Payment Method" at the top of the purchase details page. To change your payment method, select another payment method or add a new credit or debit card and click "Use this payment method".
Once you have updated your payment method, please access our payment page again to make your payment.
If the payment fails after changing the Amazon Pay payment method
You can only change your Amazon Pay payment method from the Amazon Pay My Account page if the payment is unsuccessful. Orders that have not failed payment cannot change the Amazon Pay payment method. Payment methods cannot be changed after successful payment has been made. If you wish to change to a payment method other than Amazon Pay, please contact the store where you placed your order.
